Previously, we purchased large quantities of welded bends and straight pipes that had to be cut to length, welded together, ground down, and inspected. TJ Technology A/S has advanced CNC tube benders capable of bending tubes to radii that correspond to the weld bends used in applications requiring very high quality and precision. It certainly isn’t a challenge to deal with complicated, voluminous documentation. As long as you can specify the desired lengths and angles, perhaps in a simple hand-drawn sketch, TJ Technology A/S can quickly and flexibly manufacture the part, offering significant cost savings as well as greater safety—since there are no internal welds, which can be potential sources of debris and pose the inherent risks associated with welding. Furthermore, there is no limitation to choosing only between 45° or 90° bends; TJ Technology A/S, with its advanced CNC tube benders, can bend angles ranging from 2° to 175°, which provides much greater freedom to optimize the design.
